CITY OF Pi.YMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aregular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of January , 19 76 . The following members were
Present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Hunt

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-55
WHEREAS, there exists a need to have an individual designated as
Deputy City Clerk who may perform the functions of the
City Clerk in the absence of the City Clerk,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH that Loretta Garrity be and the same
as hereby appointed as Deputy City Clerk for the City
of Plymouth, effective January 1, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Soaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
