CITY OF PLiMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day
of January , 1976 The following members were present:

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-54
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR OF SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director w.d Alternate
Director to the Suburban Rate Authority,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Sherman Goldberg is hereby appointed as Director to the
Suburban Rate Authority and John Spaeth is hereby designated
to serve as Alternate Director to the Suburban Rate Authority
for the year 1976 and until successors are appointed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Neils and Seibold.
The following voted against or abstained: Councilman Spaeth a staine .
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
