Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hel on the 19th _day

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 48
APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4
PROJECT NO. 507-001 PUMPHOUSE FOR WELL NO. 4
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4 has been prepared and submitted by Bonestroo,
RosenE, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA Lhat the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 4
in the amount of $47,158.00 to Lee Richert Plumbing and Heating for Project No. 507-001
Pumphouse for Well No. 4.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
