CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day
of January , 1976 . The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 44
APPROVING PLANS & SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on January 19, 1976, the
Consulting Engineer has prepared plans and specifications.for the improvement of
the Public Works Garage by installation of a heating, ventilating and exhaust
system and such plans and specifications were presented to the Council for approval,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof, are hereby approved.
The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and
in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such
improvement under suc approved plans and specifications. The advertisement
shall be published for two days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state
that bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 1976 and will be
considered by the Council on February 16, 1976 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers
of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North and that no bids
will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a
cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for 5% of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
