Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day
of January , 1976 . The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76- 41
ACCEPTING PETITION - SCHIEBE'S OAKWOOD ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Kenneth and Mary Schiebe, owners of
Lots 1, 2, and 3. Block 1, Schiebe's Oakwood Addition for the installation of
sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, 9 ton bituminous streets with concrete
curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances on 14th Avenue and Olive Lane
in the Schiebe's Oakwood Addition, is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035, and
WHEREAS, the Developer, Kenneth Schiebe, is having his development plans processed
by the FHA with approval scheduled about March 1, 1976,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the above referenced petition is accepted and placed on file with
the City of Plymouth,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition shall be brouglt back to the City Council
for further consideration when so requested by Mr. Schiebe.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
