Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was eld on the 19th day
of January 19 76 The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-40
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
PROPOSED BASS LAKE HIGHLANDS
WHEREAS, the City has received a petition from Eugene A. Hickok, owner of the
proposed plat of Bass Lake Highlands (legally described as District 40, Plat 43702,
Parcel 5500, Hennepin County) for the installation of sewer, water, streets, storm
sewer and all necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, the City has currently under study the Bass Lake Study Area which includes
the aforementioned parcel,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the petition submitted by Eugene A. Hickok for the proposed Bass Lake
Highlands Addition for sewer, water, streets and storm sewer be accepted and referred
to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study and coordination with
the Bass Lake Study Area Project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopte
