Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day
of Jaduary 1976 . The following members were present:

APPROVING RELEASE OF A LANDSCAPE BOND FOR BENSON-ORTH FOR
SUPERIOR FORD SITE AT SW CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 10 AND COUNTY ROAD 18
(A-449)
WHEREAS, Benson -Orth has requested release of the landscape bond for land-
scaping and blacktopping at the Superior Ford Site at the southwest corner
of County Road 10 and County Road 18; and,
WHEREAS, City Staff has inspected the landscaping and blacktopping on this
property and finds it to be in compliance with City Ordinance requirements
and in agreement with the approved landscape plan for this site;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the request of Benson -Orth for release of the landscape
bond for landscaping and blacktopping at the Superior Ford site at the south-
west corner of County Road 10 and County Road 18 is hereby approved.
