CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day
of January , 19 76, The following members were present:
Maajoor Hilde Councilmen Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76- 38
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR ROBERT E. OSTMAN TO OPERATE
TOOLMP"?NG SHOP AT RESIDENCE (A-546)
WHEREAS, Robert E. Ostman has requested renewal of his conditional use
'iermt to continue operation of a small toolmaking shop in his garage at
4825 Vicksburg Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends its approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Robert E. Ostman for renewal of his conditional use permit to continue
operation of a small toolmaking shop in his garage at 4825 Vicksburg Lane
subject to the following conditions:
No outside storage of waste and/or materials.
2. The operation of the toolmaking shop be limited to the petitioner
with no additional employees permitted.
3. No signs be permitted.
4. Annual renewal of the permit.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof Mayor HiIde, Councilmen Neils Seibold
