HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-037W MW CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of January __, 19 76 . The following members were present: ng members were absent:__ Councilman Hunt t** Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #76-37 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MARY JO BROWN TO OPERATE A CERAMICS STUDIO AND FOR RETAIL SALES OF SUPPLIES (A-308) WHEREAS, Mrs. Mary Jo Brown has requested approval of a conditional use permit to operate a ceramics studio for instruction and retail sales of supplies at 10740 Highway 55; and, WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Mrs. Mary Jo Brown for a conditional use permit to operate a ceramics studio for instruction and retail sales of supplies at 10740 Highway 55 subject to the following conditions: 1. No additional signs be added; those signs as permitted for Mr. K's be permitted. 2. The conditional use permit be issued for one year. 3. Approval of the City Building Inspector of the kiln. 4. Approval of the City Fire Marshall of fire exists. 5. Petitioner apply for an Occupancy permit at the time of conditional use permit approval. 6. No outside storage be allowed for the use. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor_Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth Th fob owing voted againsto� rmine None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
