CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to du,! call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day
of January lg 76 , The following members were present:
Ma or Hilde Councilmen Neils Seibold and S aeth
The fo owing members were a sent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-36
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROBY MANUFACTURING (A-560)
WHEREAS, Roby Manufacturing Co. has requested approval for a conditional
use permit for the manufacture and assembly of games and toys in nine
bays of the Fernbrook Investment Building located at the northwest corner
of Fernbrook Lane and 21st Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does grant Roby Manufacturing
Co. a conditional use permit for the manufacture and assembly of games and
toys in nine bays of the Fernbrook Investment Building located at the
northwest corner of Fernbrook Lane and 21st Avenue North subject to the
following conditions:
1. No signs be permitted.
2. All storage of waste, garbage and materials be within the building.
3. The overhead loading dock door on the south side of the building
not be utilized.
4. 30 parking spaces be allocated for this occupancy.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
