CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day
of January , 19 76 The following members were present:

Councilman Seibole introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-35
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR
KEENE A. BRIDGEMAN (A-504)
WHEREAS, Keene A. Bridgeman has requested a lot division of his property
on the south side of County Road 24 and near 32nd Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that said lot division be granted subject to the
following conditions:
1. Dedication of 20 ft. of right-of-way along County Road 24.
2. Payment of $150 to Park Dedication Fund.
3. No drive access from Parcel A to County Road 24. Such drive
access from Parcel A to be via 30th Avenue North and a distance
of at least 60 feet south of County Road 24's south right-of-way line.
4. No building permit to be granted for Parcel A unless provided with
City sewer and water. Extension of water and sewer service to
Parcel A shall be at owner's expense.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman S aeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and S aeth
