CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day
of January 19 75 . The following me.nbers were present:

moved its adoption:

APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR KEENE BRIDGEMAN

WHEREAS, Keene A. Bridgeman, owner of the following described property: That
part of the Northwest quarter of Section 20, Township 118 North, Range
22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the South line of said Northwest quarter distant 492.4 feet
East of the Southwest corner of said Northwest quarter; thence West along
said South line a distance of 492.4 feet to said Southwest corner; thence
North along the West line of said Northwest quarter a distance of 111 feet
more or .ess to the centerline of County Road No. 24; thence Northeasterly
along said centerline on a tangential curve having a radius of 1146.26 feet
a distance of 369.5 feet more or less to the paint of tangency; thence
tangent to last -described curve a distance of 228.66 feet; thence South
a distance of 471.5 feet to the actual point of beginning, EXCEPT a tract of
land for public road purposes described as follows: That part of said North-
west quarter of Section 20 described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest
corner of said Northwest quarter; thence East along the South line of said
Northwest quarter a distance of 87.4 feet; thence North parallel with the
West line of said Northwest quarter a distance of 156.3 feet more or less
to the centerline of County Road No. 24; thence Southwesterly along said
centerline to its intersection with said West line; thence South along said
West line 111 feet more or less to the point of beginning; ALSO that part
of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 20
described :s follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter; thence East along the North line of said
Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter a distance of 87.4 feet to the
actual point of beginning; thence continuing East along said North line a
distance of 405 feet; thence South parallel with the West line of said
Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter a distance of 25 feet; thence West
parallel with said North line a distance of 392.88 feet; thence North 25052'
West a distance of 27.78 feet to the point of beginning, and of the location
of all buildings thereon; has requested that this parcel be further subdivided;
and,
WHEREAS, The Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
recommends approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said
parcel which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the

purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that
refusal to permit such division would create an unnecessary hardship on
such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows:
Parcel A
That part of the Northwest quarter of SEction 20, Township 118 Nroth, Range
22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at
a point on the South line of said Northwest quarter distant 492.4 feet
East of the Southwest corner of said Northwest quarter; thence West along
said South line a distance of 492.4 feet to said Southwest corner; thence
North along the West line of said Northwest quarter a distance of 111 feet
more or less to the centerline of County Road No. 24; thence Northeasterly
along said centerline on a tangential curve having a radius of 1146.26
feet a distance of 369.5 feet more or less to the point of tangency;

the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 20 described

actual point of beginning; thence continuing East along said North line a

FURTHER, that the City Clerk be directed to prepare a certified copy of this
resolution for filing purposes.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
