CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetin of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 9th day
of January , 19 76 . The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #76-33
APPROVING CONCEPT PLAN FOR RPUD #75-3, "FAZENDIN VILLAGES" (A-626)
WHEREAS, Harbor Lane Associates has submitted a Concept Plan and Statement
dated July 16, 1975 and revised December 26, 1975 to develop 52 single
family homes on approximately 21 acres, (Plat 44160, Parcels 2500, 2805 and
2395; Plat 44584; Plat 44563, Parcel 5113 (part); Plat 44200, Parcel 8005
(part)); and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a Public Informational Meeting
and recommends approval of the Concept Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve said Concept
Plan upon the following conditions:
1. The Preliminary Plat address in detail and to the satisfaction
of the City Engineer the storm water drainage of the entire project.
2. The Preliminary Plat address in detail and to the satisfaction
of the City Engineer, necessary improvements to Fernbrook Lane
to County Road 15.
3. No access, be allowed to Harbor Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
