HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1976-032CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of January , 1976 . The following members were present: ng members were Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-32 APPROVING OFF -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE SYLVESTER J. RUDOLPH, dba, HIGHWAY LIQUOR STORE WHEREAS, the Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses now in operation throughout the City of Plymouth do hereby expire on January °l, 1976, and WHEREAS, the application for renewal of Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License commencing February 1, 1976, for a period of one year, was received from Sylvester J. Rudolph, dba, Highway Liquor Store, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License, commencing February 1, 1976 for a period of one year, is hereby approved for Sylvester J. Rudolph, dba, Highway Liquor Store, AND FURTHER this license is issued without prejudice to the City of Plymouth with respect to any disciplinary proceedings it may find necessary to bring against the licensee with reference to any prior violations of law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in avor t ereo :_—Tfayour Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
