CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day
of January , 1975 . The following members were present:_

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76,31
WHEREAS, the Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses now in operation
throughout the City of Plymouth do hereby expire on January 31, 1976,
and
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses
commencing February 1, 1976, for a period of one year, were
received from the parties listed below,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Gr PLYMOUTH
that Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses for a period of one year,
commencing February 1, 1976, are hereby approved for the following:
Bass Lake Bottle Shop
11540 County Road 10
KENSHAR, INC., dba, Center Liquors
11331 Highway 55
Plymouth Liquors
10730 Highway 55
Party Mart, Inc.
4130 Highway 101 North
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
