PursuaiiL to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was eld on the 5th day
of ,lanuary , 1976 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
ng members were absent:
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-30
APPROVING APPLICATION FOR AUTO DEALER LICENSE
RAY SYKES, dba, SUPERIOR FORD, INC.
WHEREAS, Ray Sykes, dba, Superior Ford, Inc. has submitted an application
for Automobile Dealer License to the City Council for approval,
in accordance with Chapter III, Section 18, Plymouth Code,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the application for Automobile Dealer License of
Ray Sykes, dba, Superior Ford, Inc., be approved for a period
from May 1, 1975 through April 30, 1976.
The motion fir the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
