The following members were present: aM or ply Fe, o�Tmen Dunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None RESOLUTION NO. 76-26 Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-26 POLICY FOR REFUNDING REC CHARGES BE IT RESOLVED THAT, where there is proposed a combination of parcels of record upon which separate special assessments have been levied, it shall be the policy of the City of Plymouth with respect to abatement of such special assessments as follows: 1) In no case shall assessments for Area Charges or Front Foot Lateral Charges be adjusted. 2) Residential Equivalent Charges formerly assessed may be abated by the City Council, on a case by case basis, on parcels that would be unsuitable for construction only at such time as said parcels are combined with others to create a suitable parcel. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following votes n favor t ere- Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstaine None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
