Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a don the 5th day
of January , 1975. The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-25
Approving the Establishment of Ski Trails in the City of Plymouth
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council has adopted a Land Use Guide
Plan proposing trails to be established within the City of Plymouth,
WHEREAS, the initial City experience with a cross-country ski trail
has met with favorable citizen response, and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission has urged
staff to proceed with development of additional cross-country trails, and
WHEREAS, the Council approves of the further estat.ishment of
cross-country ski trails as recommended by the Park and Recreation
Advisory Commission,
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into such
agreements as are necessary to accomplish the establishement of ski trails
within the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ergo . Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
