CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day
of January 1976 . The following members were present:

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-23
APPROVI',G THE APPOINTMENT OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE
HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the appointment by the Mayor of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota of
Al Hilde, .;r., John M. Spaeth, Howard L. Hunt, Gerald H. Neils, and
Marvin E. Seibold to serve as Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of Plymouth, Minnesota for a period set opposite their names in
the Certificate of Appointment dated January 5, 1976, be and the same is
hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote to favor t ereo ayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
~ CWIFICATE OF APPOINTMENT A
COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota
held a duly authorized regular meeting on the 15th day of
December, 1975; and
,? WHEREAS, at said meeting Rtaolution 75-697, declaring a need
for a housing and redevelopment authority in the City of Plymouth
was passed and adopted, a copy of which is attached hereto as
a
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein as if fully set forth at this
point.

NOW, Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
Housing and Redevelopment Act of the State of Minnesota, and by
virtue of my office as Mayor, I hereby appoint the five persons
hereinafter named to serve as commissioners of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of Plymouth, Minnesota, and to serve for
the number of years appearing after their names, respectively,
from the date of this certificate:
Al Hilde, Jr. ( 2 ) Years
John M. Spaeth ( 5 ) Years
Howard L. Hunt ( 1 ) Years
Gerald H. Neils ( 4 ) Years
Marvin E. Seibold ( 3 j Years
In Witness whereof, I have hereunto signed my name as Mayor
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, and caused the official
corporate seal of said City of Plymouth to be impressed hereon
this 5th day of January, 1976.

Resolution No. 76-23,approving the appointment of commissioners
of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was filed with the undersigned, said Resolution being dated on
the 5th day of January, 1976 and signed by the Mayor of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, and that the foregoing is a true,
correct and compared copy of the original Resolution No_76-23,
which is now on file and of record in the office of the City
Clerk of Plymouth, Minnesota, this 6th day of January , 1976.
