CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day
of January , 19]x-. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were a sent: None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Re_olution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-22
CITY HEALTH OFFICER - 1976
WHEREAS, a Health Officer for the City of Plymouth for the year 1976 has to be
appointed,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Dr. Floyd J. Swenson, 12300 Wayzata Blvd., Minnetonka, is hereby appointed
to act as Health Officer for the year 1976 for the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
