Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rp meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, wasa dh 1 on the 5th day
of January , 1976 . The following members were present:

introduced the following Resolution and
RESOLUTION NO. 76-21
SURETY AND BLANKET BONDS FOR CITY EMPLOYEES - 1976
WHEREAS, surety bonds for certain City employees and a general bond covering all
City employees are necessary to be taken out for 1976,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the surety bonds covering the integrity and honest performance of duties
by the following named employees in the amounts set forth are hereby ratified
and confirmed for the year 1976:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
