CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the
5th day of Januar , 1976 . The following members were

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-13
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 507-002 PUMP FOR DEEP WELL NO
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 1
in the amount of $13,234.00 to Tonka Equipment Company for Project No. 507-002. Pump
for Deep Well No. 4.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
voted in favor thereof: -Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils,

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
