CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
5th day of January , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 76-8
ETA AGREEMENT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that
pursuant to statutory authority, the City Engineer for and on behalf of the City
of Plymouth is hereby authorized to request and obtain from the Minnesota Department
of Highways, needed engineering and technical services during the year of 1976;
for which payment will be made by the City upon receipt of*verified claims from
the Commissioner of Highways.
