CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re.ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
5th day of January , 19 76 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
movest� s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 76-6
METROPOLITAN SEWER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and the Metropolitan Sewer Board entered into
a Metropolitan Sewer Maintenance Agreement, and
WHEREAS, the City has been requested by the Sewer Board to renew this agreement
for 1976,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a one year extension of the existing Maintenance Agreement as submitted to the
City by the Metropolitan Sewer Board.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
