Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

RESOLUTION NO. 75-714
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4
PROJECT NO. 513 T.H. 55 SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR -
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MIhYESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 4
in the amount of $ 35;061.03 to Austin P. Keller Construction on Project No. 513
T.N. 55 Sanitary Sewer Interceptor.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
