CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
.day of December . 19L. The following members were

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-712
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 5
PROJECT NO. 504 ZACHARY LANE STREET CONSTRUCTION '
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 5 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene. Anderlit
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 5
in the amount of $23,881.69 to Alexander Construction Company for Project No. 504
Zachary Lane Street Improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neilsand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold
The fol owing voted against or abstained: Councilman Spaeth voted nay
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
