CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
15th day of December- , 192.L__• The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils. -Seibold and Spaeth_
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-706
BOND REDUCTION
HEMLOCK LANE ADDITION (A-523)
WHEREAS, the Developer of Hemlock Lane Addition, File A-523, has furnished a
certificate of deposit in the amount of $3,000.00 to cover construction of 5"
Class II gravc;l streets with oil prime coat, and placement -of street signs, and
WHEREAS, a portion of this work has been completed,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that the certificate of deposit -for the above referenced work in the
Hemlock Lane Addition is hereby reduced from $3,000.00 to'$1,000.00 to reflect the
completed work to date.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spihnld , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: MAyor Hilde Councilmen {aunt. Seihold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: CouncilML_Neils voted nag
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ana :dnpted.
