CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
15th day of December , 1975 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Soaeth
The following members were absent: _ None
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-705
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT
PROJECT NO. 604 14TH AND ZANZIBAR LANE AREA
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 17, 1975, a report
has been prepared by the consulting engineer with reference to the improvement of 14th
Avenue from Vicksburg Lane to Zanzibar Lane, Zanzibar Lane from County Road 6 to 13th
Avenue and Archer Lane from County Road 6 to 13th Avenue and that portion of the south
side of County Road 6 between Zanzibar Lane and Weston Lane by the installation of
sanitary sewer, water main, bituminous street restoration and all necessary appurtenances
and this report was received by the Council on December 15, 1975,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report
and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953,
Ch. 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $213,380.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Hilde , and upcn vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
me following voted against or abstained: Nor
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass
adopted.
