Is leihgld and Spaeth a sen None *** *** ter* Ma or Hilde introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75.704 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted May 5,1975, a report has been prepared by the consu,ting engineer with reference to the making of certain drainage improvements in the Deerwood Lane area between Ridgemouot Avenue and County Road 15 by implementing the recommendation found in the Storm Drainage Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota, dated March 12, 1973 for Dr?inage District BC -77, by the construction of certain drainage facilities as follows: I. Reach I - Area between County Road 15 and Ridgemount Avenue construction of storm sewer pipes 18" - 48" diameter on Deerwood Lane, Forestview Lane and Balsam Lane between County Road 15 and Ridgemout Avenue; open ditch channel construction on the east side of Deerwood Lane between Ridgemourft Avenue and 3rd Avenue, on the west side of Deerwood Lane between 3rd Avenue and County Road 15, on the west side of Balsam Lane north of Ridgemount Avenue and on the north side of 3rd Avenue east of Forestview. Reach IIa - Open ditch channel excavation between County Road 15 and T.H. 55 Service Drive between Cottonwood Lane extended and Balsam Lane extended, together with a 48" culvert under T.H. 55 Service Drive on the south side of highway. Reach IIb - Open ditch channel excavation between T.H. 55 and Medicine Lake between South Shore Drive and WEst Medicine Lake Drive (CSAR 154). together with utilization of existing storm drainage ponds, ditches, etc. ag11 all necessary I street and ground restoration ane all necessary appurtenances, and this report was received by the Council on December 15, 1975, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch. 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $209,950.00. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold 'and upcn vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt Neils, Seibold and Spaeth Te T011owing voted against or abstained: one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly naccad a.J
