Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day
of December 19 75 The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution ar-,
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N75- 701
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE
FOR D. L. WEAVER (A-457)
WHEREAS, D. L. Weaver has requested approval for a conditional use permit
for operation of a chiropractic office at his building (Weaver Electric)
located at 17610 -19th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of
D. L. Weaver for a conditional use permit to operate a chiropractic office
at his building (Weaves• Electric) located at 17610 -19th Avenue North
subject to the condition that all signs be in compliance with the Zoning
Ordinance of the City rind approved by the Building Department prior to display.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
