• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day

Councilman Hunt• introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75-699
CORRECTING ASSESSMENTS FOR THOMAS 0. HENDERLITE (A-641)
WHEREAS, the City assessed 44300-6200 and 44300-6250 for Residential
Equivalent Charges in the amount of $350.00 each. and,
WHEREAS, parcels 44300-6200 and 44300-6250 have been consolidated into
one parcel and no longer will exist as two on the County's record:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Residential Equivalent Charges levied against
parcel 44300-6250 under levies 5601 and 5602 in the total amount of $350
be removed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
