CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
24th day of November , 19 75 . The following members were
present: Ma_mr.Hi]�f.-
The following members"were absent:
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-695
WHEREAS, an application for Small Disposal System License from
General Builders, 9919 - 206th Street, Forest Lake, MN
has been presented to the City Council for approval, in
accordance with Chapter III, Section 6, Plymouth Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City.Council of the
City of Plymouth that Small Disposal System License be
approved for General Builders for a period to expire
April 30, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follow ng voted n favor thereof: _-- Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
