Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day
of December 19_ZL_. The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-693
APPROVING 1976 SALARY PLANS
WHEREAS, this Council has previously adopted a salary administration program
for employees of the City not represented by organized collective bargaining
agencies, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with those policies, the City Manager has provided this
Council with a report dated November 20 in which he has recommended the
adoption of the salary adjustment guide chart for 1976 and three salary plans
consistent with the salary administration program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the 1976 salary adjustment guide chart as submitted by the City
Manager be and the same is hereby approved, effective January 3, 1976.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the office, professional -technical, and administrative -
management salary plans as submitted by the City Manager in his report dated
November 28 be and the same hereby approved, effective January 3, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils ', and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils
and Spaeth.
The following voted against ora sta ne :none.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an adopte
