RESOLUTION No. 2009-179
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OFF -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
HOLIDAY STATIONSTORES, INC., D/B/A HOLIDAY STATIONSTORE #107,
3020 FERNBROOK LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an Off -Sale 3.2 Liquor
License from Holiday Stationstores, Inc., for Holiday Stationstore 4107 at 3020 Fernbrook
Lane; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason
to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that an Off -Sale 3.2 Liquor
License is hereby approved for Holiday Stationstores, Inc., for Holiday Stationstore 4107
at 3020 Fernbrook Lane. The liquor license is issued for the period through January 31,
2010.
