Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of

the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnes, was he d on the

present: Mavor.Hilde— Councilmen Hunt. Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibol
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 75-688
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2 & FINAL
1975 SEALCOATING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has received a request from Allied Blacktop
for the 1975 sealcoating project and payment is recommended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to. make payment to Allied
Blacktop in the amount of $16,156.01,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the contractor is hereby released from the
contract except as to the conditions of the Performance Bond, any and
all legal rights of the Owner, required guarantees and Correction of
Faulty Work after final payment.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and S aeth
he following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
