CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-687
BOND REDUCTION IMPERIAL HILLS ANNEX
WHEREAS, Ecklund-Swedlund Home Builders, Inc., a Developer, have platteo
the Imperial Hills Annex and therein dedicated certain streets and
pursuant to certain provisions of City Ordinance and Development Contract
A-131 dated May 6, 1974, have undertaken to construct certain strerts and
utilities and various off-site improvements within said plat. and
WHEREAS, a portion of said work is deemed complete in accordance with City
requirements, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested that his development bond be reduced
to reflect completed work as per the development contract,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the development bond (Wolverine Insurance Co.
ft,y No. 0211004) for imperials Hills Annex is hereby reduced from
$27,000.00 to $10,800.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
