Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
day of December , 19 75, The following members were
present: Mayar Hilde.Councilmen Hunt_ Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75-683
RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS #75-405, #75-406 AND #75-407 APPROVING
A LOT DIVISION/;:ONSOLIDATION FOR RAYMOND 0. WEDIN (A-541)
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on August 18, 1975 approve Resolution #75-405
approving a lot division for Raymond Wedin, Resolution #75-406, approving
a lot consolidation for Raymond Wedin and Resolution #75-407, a resolution
setting conditions to be met prior to filing of a lot consolidation;
AND, WHEREAS petitioner and owner of the land have requested that the
actions concerning this land be rescinded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does rescind Resolutions
#75-405, #75-406 and #75-407 as per petitioner's request.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: _''Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Spaeth _
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
