CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth Minnesota, was heal on the
1st day of December , 19 A , The following members were
present: Mayor.Hilde_ Councilmen Hunt, flails and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75- 682
DIRECTING PREPARATION OF QUIT CLAIM DEEDS FOR EASEMENTS FOR DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY PURPOSES TO BE VACATED WITHIN LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1,
"PLYMOUTH FREEWAY CENTER" (A-377)
WHEREAS, the City Council has by Resolution #75- approved the final re -
plat of Lots Z and 3, Block 1 "Plymouth Freeway Center" (RLS) at its meeting
December 1, 1975; and,
WHEREAS, the previously recorded easements for Lots 2 and 3, Block 1
"Plymouth Freeway Center" as recorded with Hennepin County are no longer
necessary or needed for any purpose by the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct and authorize
the Administrative Staff of the City of Plymouth to proceed with the prepara-
tion and execution of Quit Claim Deeds for the vacation of the utility
and drainage easements over Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, "Plymouth Freeway Center"
as recorded with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Spaeth
The fol owing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
