. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
thi City Council of the City of Plymouth Minnesota, was held on the
st day of December, 19 j5. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75-680
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HETTYE PACYGA (A-325)
WHEREAS, Hettye J. Pacyga has requested renewal of her conditional use
permit to continue operation of a beauty shop in her home at 805 Lanewood
Lane, a -id
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and does
recommend approval,
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, ;!INNESOTA that the request of Hettye J. Pacyga for renewal of the
Conditional Use Permit to oeprate a beauty shop in her home at 805 Lanewood
Lane is hereby approved, subject to the following condition:
That the permit be renewable in one ,rear.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hurf., Neils
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
