HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-679CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of December , 19 75. The following members were present: Mayor_Hilde,_Councilmen Hunt. Neils and Snaath The following members were absent: Counci Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION #75-679 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR EXPANSION OF GREATER THAN 10% FOR PLYMOUTH LIQUOR STORE (WALLY CATES)(A-308) WHEREAS, Wally Cates, proprietor•of the Plymouth Liquor Store, has requested a conditional use permit to expand his liquor store operation greater than 10% of its present size; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Wally Cates, proprietor of the Plymouth Liquor Store, for a conditional use permit to expand his liquor store operation -greater than 10% of its present size subject to the following conditions: 1) No additional signs be added. 2) No outside storage of garbage, waste or materials. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
