RESOLUTION NO. 2009-178
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT FOR
GLEANLOCH AND PARKERS LAKE PLAYGROUND REDEVELOPMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, as owner, and Midwest Playscapes,
Inc. as contractor, have entered into an agreement for the redevelopment of the
Gleanloch and Parkers Lake Playfield playgrounds; and
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized Midwest Playscapes Inc. as the
successful bidder at their regular meeting of April 14, 2009. The project has been
completed as per specifications; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR
AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the
contract amount of $125,000.00 and the value of the work is $125,000.00.
Request for payment in the amount of $125,000.00 to Midwest Playscapes, Inc.
for the Gleanloch and Parkers Lake Playfield playgrounds is hereby approved,
and the City Finance Director is herby authorized and directed to pay the same
forthwith.
