CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
th City Council of the City of Plymouth Minnesota, was held on the
st day of December 19 15. The following members were
present: Mayor. Hi e, Councilmen Hunt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N75-677
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF CHELSEA WOODS SEVENTH ADDITION
(A-320)
WHEREAS, Ban -Con, Inc., has requested approval of the Preliminary Plat
of Chelsea Woods Seventh Addition located at the Southwest corner of
15th Avenue North and Yuma Lane to consist of 16 townhouse lots; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Ban -Con, Inc., for approval of the Preliminary Plat of Chelsea Woods
Seventh Addition located at the Southwest corner of 15th Avenue North and
Yuma Lane to consist of 16 townhouse lots subject to the modification of
the general development pian to bring the total allowed number of units
to 320 units.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof. '""Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: Councilman Hunt was absent for vote.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
