Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the
1st day of December 19 75. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt. Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75-676
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF A LOT CONSOLI-
DATION FOR THOMAS 0. HENDERLITE (A-641)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Subdivision Waiver to consolidate
the parcels as described in Resolution #75- approved December 1, 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following
actions prior to recording of said Subdivision Waiver:
1. Storm drainage easements be deeded to the City as determined
to be necessary by the City Engineer.
2. Right-of-way for cul-de-sac be granted at the end of Jonquil
Lane at the shore line.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Mayor Hilde 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: '"Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
