SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF A LOT COMBINATION FOR
ARTHUR J. PETERS (A-644)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Subdivision Waiver to cansolieata
the parcels as so described in Resolution 075- approved Docaftor 1, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following
actions prior to recording of said Subdivision Waiver:
Ponding and storm drainage easements as recommended by the City
Engineer be deeded to the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by _Caynci_lman hunt . and upon vote being taken thereon. the
followingvoted in favor thereof: ''Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils
