Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a —reqular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plth. Minnesota. washeld'on the
1st day of December . 19 75 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Runt Neils Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Seibold tntro6xed the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. IS -672
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 506 T.H. 101/C.R. 6
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 5th day of May, 1975, fixed
a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of T.H. 101 between T.N. 12
and approximately 1000 feet north of County Road 6 as well as the intersection of
County Road 6 and T.H. 101 by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm
sewer. 9 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter. sidewalks and all
necessary appurtenances.
AND WHEREAS, ten days published noire of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 2n., day of
June, 1975 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon.
NOW THEREV RE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
May 5, 1?75.
2. Bonestroo, Rasene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Engineer shall incorporate into the final plans
an underpass for the Department of :iatural Resources' Luce Line Trail at the
intersection with T.H. 101.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Neils . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _ 1tayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
