RESOLUTION NO. 2009-177
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
FOR THE FOUR SEASONS WELL FACILITY REHABILITATION
CITY PROJECT NO. 7114
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on April 28, 2009,
the City's Consulting Engineer, Bonestroo Rosene Anderlink and Associates, has
prepared plans and specifications for the Four Seasons Well Facility Rehabilitation and
has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Such plans and specifications, copies of which are on file in the
City Engineer's office and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
paper and in The Constriction Bulletin an advertisement for bids
upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be published two
times, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be
received by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on August 12, 2009 at
which time they will be publicly opened in the City Council
Chambers of the Plymouth City Center building at 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City Manager and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk
and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or
certified check payable to the City Clerk for five percent of the
amount of such bid.
