Seibold and Spapth The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75.666 CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT VICKSBURG LANE PROJECT 305 WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on November 17, 1975 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improveming Vicksburg Lane from County Road 6 to County Road 15, by the installation of grading, base, bituminous surfacing concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities and all necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection, 10 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 15th day of December 1975 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North to pass upon -"ch proposed assessment and at such time and place'all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such improvement. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seioold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol ow ng voted in favor thereof: 'Acting Mayor Hunt.
