CITY OF PLYMIOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reeullaar_ meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymoui.f, Minnesota, was held on the_ nth day of
November 19 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-663
ORDERING PREPARATION OF ENGINEERING REPORT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to extend a portion of the City of Plymouth's sanitary sewer
trunk and interceptor sewer system to provide sewer service to the following areas:
1. Northeast Development District Subdistrict NE2
2. A portion of the Northeast Development District Subdistrict NE1 lying so!th of County
Road 47 and east of Pineview Lane and northwesterly of Bass Lake
by the extension of sanitary sewer trunk lines as follows: From point 9 to point 10,
point 10 to point 11, point 11 westerly to Pineview Lane; said sewer trunk line being
generally from 53rd Avenue and running northerly and westerly abng the east and north
sides of Bass Lake together with all necessary laterals and services for the following
platted areas:
Vale Hoff Addition
Bass Lake Addition
Shorewood Hills Addition
as shown on the Report on Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota dated 1972
and the Report on Supplement on Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota dated
1973,
AHEREAS, it is proposed to extend a portion of the City of Plymouth's water trunk
dist•ibution system to provide water service to the following areas:
1. N)rtheast Development District Subdi:,trict NE2
2. A portion of the Northeast Development District Subdistrict NE1 lying south of County
Road 47 and east of Pineview Lane and northwesterly of Bass Lake
by the extension of water trunk mainii lines as follows: From point 1B to 1C which is
generally along Zachary Lane from 53rd Avenue to County Road 10; and from point 1C to
point 2Q which is generally along County Road 10 from Zachary Lane to County Road 47,
together with all necessary laterals and services for the following platted areas:
Vale Hoff Addition
Bass Lake Addition
Shorewood Hills Addition
as shown on the Report on Water Distribution for Plymouth, Minnesota dated 1972 and
any subsequent amendments thereto, together with all necessary street restoration
(with curb and gutter to be included as an alternate consideration in the platted areas)
and all necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted properties for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011

to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended),
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYNOM.
MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvements be referred to the consulting engineer,
Bonestroo, Rosene. Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study and that he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a prelimainary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following vote n avor thereof: Actino Mayor Hunt, Councilmen Neils.
