RESOLUTION No. 2009-176
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A
TRANSIT CAPITAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GRANT AGREEMENT
WITH THE METROPOLITAN COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth provides transit services pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Section 473.388; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth receives operating and capital assistance through the
Metropolitan Council for transit services; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will receive payments on a reimbursement basis not to
exceed $300,000 per the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
That the City Council hereby approve the Transit Capital Financial Assistance Grant Agreement
with the Metropolitan Council.
