The fallcwing eters vzre present: e ofad owing rte; ers were a sent: HFrdr Hilde •r�r� ;Run;ilmp SPASM introduced the following Resolution and moved a adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75- 645 PETITION FOR INSTALLATION OF UTILITIES WHEREAS, the City Council has received a petition for certain improvements on 12th Avenue within the Reinhard Industrial Park. and WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 12th Avenue from Xenium Lane to approximately 1100 feet east to the termination of the cul-de-sac within the Reinhard Industrial Park Plat. (said property of plat lying south of the Chicago-lbrthwestern Transportation Company Railroad right-of-way. east of xeniu■ Lane. north of the south line of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22, and westerly of a line approximately 31.57 feet west of a line parallel with the west line of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22), by the construction of 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, water main, and sanitary sewer (said sanitary sewer line being constructed westerly from the in place trunk line lying approximately 300 feet east of the easterly boundary of said plat) and all necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953. Chapter 398, as amended). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITU COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo. Rosen, Anderlik and Associates. Inc. for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman S eth 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vot n favor thereof- Acting Mayor Hunt.
